Wandsworth Schools Swimming Gala

A selection of years 7-9 students represented Garratt Park School at the recent Wandsworth Special Schools Swimming Gala. Students competed in 10m (width) and 25m (length)  races against students from other Wandsworth special schools. Results were mixed with a number of students winning medals. There will be an opportunity for some of our gifted and talented swimmers to receive extra coaching from the Wandsworth Amateur Swimming Association in coming months. In addition we are hoping that a couple of our students will be selected to represent Team Wandsworth in the London Youth Games swimming gala in 2018.
