The past year has been extremely difficult for all of us. With cases of anxiety, stress, isolation and sadly bereavements affecting many, The Learning Mentor team have put together short wellbeing/mindfulness resources that may help in these difficult times. Areas covered include: Anxiety, Mental Well-being, Self-esteem, Self-regulation, Self- harm & Self-soothing.
