International Peace Day 2018
Once again Garratt Park School joined with millions of others around the world to celebrate International Peace Day. This year Peace One Day set a mission for schools to create a Peace Day Google Doodle which will be on Google’s homepage on 21st September 2019. Students across the school took part in the competition and we hosted a special Peace Day assembly to announce the winners.
The Key Stage 3 winner was Keiran (7JO)
The Key Stage 4 winner was Damar (10ST)
The Key Stage 5 winner was Thomas (Pod MD)
The runners up in Key Stage 3 were Justin and Maslah
The runners up in Key Stage 4 were Jarvis and Ganann
The runners up in Key Stage 5 were Hayley and Saffron
