Present

In addition to the Full Governing Body, there are three main Committees as set out below.

Curriculum Committee. The remit is to discuss, evaluate and make recommendations on Curriculum and related issues.

Finance, Personnel and Premises Committee. The remit is to discuss, evaluate and make recommendations on budget approval (annually) and related issues, personnel and related issues and premises and related issues.

Discipline Committee. The remit is to discuss, evaluate and make recommendations on individual student discipline matters, including exclusions.

All committees report to the Full Governing Body Meeting which is held every term.

The Curriculum Committee and the Finance, Personnel and Premises Committee meet once every term.  The Finance, Personnel and Premises Committee has an extra meeting, usually in the Spring term, to ratify the budget which must be submitted each year by 1st May.  The Discipline Committee meets when necessary and is comprised of three governors.
